Khan (Trust) Eye Hospital is a non-government, non-profit organization dedicated in providing high quality eye care to all patients who come to its door. Khan (Trust) Eye Hospital is committed to create a better Pakistan by preventing the suffering caused by blindness and other eye problems. This comprehensive, state-of-the-art hospital is located in the heart of Bahawalpur (Punjab, Pakistan) and founded by Mr Samiullah Khan, one of the Pakistan’s most well-known Hockey player and Olympian, who was also nicknamed as “The Flying Horse”.

Khan (Trust) Eye Hospital is 100% charitable organization, is funded predominantly from the donations of friends and well-wishers from around the country and across the world.

Khan (Trust) Eye Hospital was inspired from the misfortune and suffering of an individual “Mumtaz Begum”, mother of founder Mr Samiullah Khan, who lost her eyesight because of “Galucoma”. Loss of mother’s eyesight, her suffering and personal experience of dealing with such people strongly convinced him the importance of having a free eye hospital, to serve poor and underserved people in the remotest area of Pakistan. 100% of the patients are deserved and are treated free of cost.
